Black Water Environmental is seeking motivated Laborers to join our field crews. We are looking for reliable team players who are ready to work hard, learn new skills, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment. Some duties include but are not limited to: assisting with vac trucks, coating, sandblasting, usage of equipment, general cleaning of job sites, . The ideal candidates will have mechanical and construction experience, willingness to learn, good attention to detail and a high degree of mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times by performing general site cleanup and removing debris.

• Work effectively as part of a team or independently, following directions and assisting the crew with any task as needed.

• Assist with a variety of tasks, including supporting vac truck operations, coating/painting, and sandblasting.

• Complete daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and ensure a safe work environment.

• Operate a company vehicle in a safe, legal, and professional manner.

Requirements
Ability to follow directions
Drivers License (CDL IS A PLUS).
Must pass pre-employment test.

Physical Requirements
Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting, and bending.
Capability of lifting 50 lbs+.
The capability to work in all weather conditions.

Travel Requirements
May be required out of town/state for up to 1 week at a time.
Travel 10% of the time.

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience.
