Our protocols go beyond standard PPE. Our Safety Manager leads weekly safety meetings along with monthly deep-dive training sessions for all employees at BWE Energy Services, ensuring that 30+ years of industry knowledge is passed down to every employee.

Our employees receive mandatory intensive, hands-on training for all equipment and operations. From certified confined space entry and rescue to high-pressure hose safety and high-CFM vacuum truck operations. Our teams are fully trained to navigate unique high-hazard environments and challenges for every job site, safely and efficiently.

Handling specialized explosives require total accountability, licensing, and strict adherence to the ATF Explosive Regulations. At BWE Energy Services, we utilize licensed blasters with experience, who are trained to develop site-specific JHA's, clear blast boundaries, and have detailed risk management plans before executing any blasting services.
