Field Supervisor

Black Water Environmental is hiring for a Field Supervisor with a CDL driver's license (required) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both hands-on work and crew oversight, ensuring all operations are performed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate a vac truck to and from customer sites.

• Maintain accurate driving logs and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

• Ensure the truck's maintenance is current and accurate.

• Work alongside your crew, actively participating in tasks.

• Supervise daily operations to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

• Complete daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).

• Operate vac truck hoses to extract fluids and materials from pits and tanks.

• Monitor fluid levels to ensure compliance with legal hauling limits.

• Perform general site cleanup, including removing construction debris.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-player attitude.

Requirements:
CDL B, CDL A preferred
Basic math skills.
Must pass pre-employment testing.

Physical Requirements:
Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting, and bending.
Capability of lifting 50 lbs+.
The capability to work in all weather conditions.

Travel Requirements:
May be required out of town/state for up to 1 week at a time.
Travel 10% of the time.

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience.
